摘要
采用正确的光谱预处理方法,选择合适的光谱区域,用偏最小二乘回归确定定量校正模型,建立了近红外光谱测定航空煤油馏程、密度、冰点、闪点的方法。实验结果表明:采用近红外光谱分析航空煤油,分析数据均能达到标准方法的误差要求,能够满足化验和生产需求。
The quantitative calibration model was confirmed by partial least square regression with proper spectral region selected by correct spectrum pretreatment method.The method of determining distillation range,density,freezing point and flash point of aviation kerosene by near-infrared spectroscopy(NIRS)is established.The experimental results show that the analysis data of aviation kerosene by near-infared spectroscopy can meet the error requirements of standard method and meet the needs of laboratory test and production.
