摘要
在石油化工各类装置中调节阀是装置自控生产过程中最常见的一种执行机构,正确选取调节阀的类型对装置连续生产的稳定性及经济性有十分重要的作用,如果调节阀的选型不当或计算出现偏差,将影响控制系统的正常运行。为解决气动调节阀在设计选型过程中计算过度依赖厂家的问题,主要介绍了气动调节阀的工作特性,梳理推导了调节阀的选型计算公式,为调节阀的口径计算和选型提供了参考依据。
In the petrochemical industry regulator is a device in all kinds of equipment automatic control in the process of production the most common type of actuator,the correct selection of regulating valve type of devices of continuous production stability and economy has an important role,if the improper selection of regulating valve or calculation errors occurring,will affect the normal operation of the control system.In order to solve the problem that the calculation of pneumatic control valve relies too much on the manufacturer in the design and selection process,this paper mainly introduces the working characteristics of pneumatic control valve,sorts out and deduces the calculation formula of the selection of pneumatic control valve,and provides a reference for the calculation and selection of caliber of control valve.
