本文介绍了顺丁橡胶40m3聚合首釜,在国内首次应用中心无通轴、螺带式新型搅拌器的设计和使用情况。从设备方面去解决胶液抱轴,釜壁挂胶,提高夹套撤热能力,改善反应釜内的流动状态,减少凝胶含量,稳定门尼值,控制生胶质量,延长设备运转周期,提高产品质量,节能降耗等问题。同时也介绍了中心无通轴、螺带式搅拌器设计要点。这种结构可以供其他高黏稠物料聚合反应釜做设计参考。

This paper introduces the first 40 m3 polymerization reactor of cis-1,4-polybutadiene rubber.It is the first time to apply the design and application of the new type agitator without pass-axis in the center and spiral belt in China.which could solve the problem of glue liquid holding shaft,kettle wall hanging glue,improve the heat removal capacity of jacket and the flow state in the reactor,reduce gel content and stabilize Mooney value.control the quality of raw rubber,prolong the operation period of equipment,improve product quality,save energy and reduce consumption.At the same time,the design points of the screw belt agitator without through shaft in the center are also introduced.This structure could be used as a reference for the design of polymerization reactors for other highly viscous materials.
