摘要
本文根据套管侧钻水平井完井工艺的特殊性和复杂性,介绍了一种短半径水平井砾石充填工艺,确定了短半径砾石充填完井管柱的结构组合,并建立了完井管柱下入不同井深力学模型,模拟分析完井管柱与井眼曲率适应性以及砾石充填成功性,并通过室内试验进行了验证,通过理论分析和试验验证,表明了该工艺的可行性,且该工艺已在渤海油田E19H1井成功应用。
According to the particularity and complexity of casing sidetracking horizontal well completion technology,this paper introduces a gravel packing technology for short radius horizontal well,The structural combination of short radius gravel filled completion string is determined,and the mechanical model of completion string running into different well depth is established,The adaptability of completion string to wellbore curvature and the success of gravel packing are simulated and analyzed,and verified by laboratory tests,The feasibility of the process has been verified by the well E19 and H19.
