摘要
设计一种高温低噪声功放模块,该高温功放模块由高温功率陶瓷基板覆铜技术器件组成,能量转换效率大于80%,测试表明其从25℃到175℃环境温度范围内,高温下功放静态漏电噪声电流控制在500μA以内,较好的解决了核磁共振测井仪高温测井的需求。
A high temperature low noise power amplifier module is designed.The high temperature power amplifier module is composed of high temperature power ceramic substrate copper coated technology devices,The energy conversion efficiency is more than 80%,and the test results show that the energy conversion efficiency is from 25℃to 175℃,Under high temperature,the static leakage noise current of power amplifier is controlled within 500uA,which can meet the needs of high temperature logging of nuclear magnetic resonance logging tool.
