摘要
探讨利用天然气小压差膨胀,联合混合冷剂制冷(MRC)回收乙烷的工艺。膨胀机与混合冷剂联合制冷回收乙烷,操作灵活、乙烷回收率高(达到95%)、效益突出;已在国内新疆油田某天然气处理站应用。
This paper discusses the process of recovering ethane by using natural gas with small differential pressure expansion combined with MRC.Recovery of ethane by combined refrigeration of expander and mixed refrigerant,It has the advantages of flexible operation,high ethane recovery rate(up to 95%)and outstanding benefits;It has been applied in a natural gas treatment station in Xinjiang Oilfield.
