罗哌卡因复合舒芬太尼腰硬联合麻醉用于剖宫产术中的临床效果

Effect Ropivacaine Combined with Sufentanil Combined Lumbar Anesthesia for Cesarean Section

目的观察罗哌卡因复合舒芬太尼腰硬联合麻醉用于剖宫产术中的临床效果。方法选择2018年6月至2019年4月医院收治的76例剖宫产产妇,根据麻醉方法的不同将期分为对照组和观察组,每组38例。对照组单纯应用罗哌卡因麻醉,观察组在对照组基础上联合舒芬太尼麻醉,比较两组患者的麻醉效果、术中心率与血压的变化以及术后并发症发生情况。结果观察组药物起效时间与镇痛维持时间分别为(9.14±0.85)min、(6.88±0.94)h,对照组分别为(13.04±1.21)min、(4.41±0.76)h,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后恢复痛觉时间短于对照组,术后6 h VAS评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组术中均存在心率及血压波动现象,集中出现于手术5~10 min,观察组心率及血压波动幅度显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论罗哌卡因与舒芬太尼腰硬联合麻醉对剖宫产产妇身体的伤害更轻,麻醉安全系数更高。

Objective To observe the application effect of combined lumbar and epidural anesthesia based on ropivacaine combined with sufentanil in cesarean section.Methods A total of 76 women with cesarean section were admitted to the hospital from June 2018 to April 2019.According to the different anesthesia methods,the period was divided into a control group and an observation group,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was anesthetized with ropivacaine alone,and the observation group was anesthetized with sufentanil on the basis of the control group.The effects of anesthesia,changes in the operative center rate,blood pressure,and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The duration of drug onset and analgesic maintenance were(9.14±0.85)min and(6.88±0.94)h in the observation group,the control group was(13.04±1.21)min and(4.41±0.76)h,respectively(P<0.05).The pain recovery time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the VAS score at 6 h after the operation was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there were heart rate and blood pressure fluctuations in both groups during the operation,which were concentrated in 5 to 10 minutes after operation,the fluctuation range of heart rate and blood pressure in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of ropivacaine and sufentanil anesthesia is less harmful and safer for cesarean section women.
