经阴道彩超和经腹部彩超诊断妇产科急腹症的临床价值

Clinical Value of Transvaginal and Transabdominal Ultrasonography in the Diagnosis of Gynecological Acute Abdomen

目的评价经阴道彩超和经腹部彩超诊断妇产科急腹症的价值,为妇产科急腹症诊断工作提供参考。方法选择我院妇产科2019年1~8月收治的100例急腹症患者,均采取经阴道彩超诊断、经腹部彩超诊断以及二者联合诊断,分别作为试验1组、试验2组、试验3组。对比3种诊断方法对异位妊娠、黄体破裂、急性盆腔炎、卵巢囊肿蒂扭转、宫腔以及宫颈粘连的诊断准确度。结果联合诊断对异位妊娠、黄体破裂、急性盆腔炎、卵巢囊肿蒂扭转、宫腔以及宫颈粘连的诊断准确度均高于单一诊断(P<0.05)。经阴道彩超诊断、经腹部彩超诊断对异位妊娠、黄体破裂、急性盆腔炎、卵巢囊肿蒂扭转、宫腔以及宫颈粘连的诊断准确度虽有一定的差异,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论经阴道彩超和经腹部彩超联合诊断妇产科急腹症的准确度更高,有助于临床治疗工作的顺利开展。

Objective To evaluate the value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound and transabdominal color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of acute abdomen in obstetrics and gynecology,and to provide references for the diagnosis of acute abdomen in obstetrics and gynecology.Methods A total of 100 patients with acute abdomen admitted to the department of obstetrics and gynecology in our hospital from January to August 2019 were selected for transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis,transabdominal color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis,and a combined diagnosis of the two,respectively,as test group 1,test group 2,and test 3 groups.Compare the accuracy of the three diagnostic methods for ectopic pregnancy,ruptured corpus luteum,acute pelvic inflammatory disease,torsion of ovarian cyst pedicle,uterine cavity and cervical adhesions.Results The combined diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy,ruptured corpus luteum,acute pelvic inflammatory disease,torsion of ovarian cyst pedicle,uterine cavity and cervical adhesions were more accurate than single diagnosis(P<0.05).Transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis and transabdominal color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis have certain differences in the diagnostic accuracy of ectopic pregnancy,ruptured corpus luteum,acute pelvic inflammatory disease,ovarian cyst pedicle torsion,uterine cavity and cervical adhesions,but the difference is not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound and transabdominal color Doppler ultrasound is more accurate in diagnosing acute abdomen in obstetrics and gynecology,which is helpful for smooth clinical treatment.
