利培酮口服液与度洛西汀联合治疗慢性精神分裂症阴性症状患者的临床疗效

Clinical Efficacy of Risperidone Oral Liquid and Duloxetine in the Treatment of Patients with Negative Symptoms of Chronic Schizophrenia

目的探究在慢性精神分裂症阴性症状患者治疗中予以利培酮口服液联合度洛西汀的临床疗效。方法从我院以阴性症状为主的慢性精神分裂症患者中选取100例作为研究对象,研究时间为2018年9月至2019年9月,依据治疗方案的不同分为试验组与对照组,每组50例。试验组予以利培酮口服液联合度洛西汀治疗,对照组予以利培酮口服液治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果、不良反应发生率、预后质量、焦虑抑郁评分。结果试验组治疗优良率较对照组高(P<0.05);试验组不良反应发生率较对照组低(P<0.05);试验组预后质量评分较对照组高(P<0.05);试验组焦虑、抑郁评分较对照组优(P<0.05)。结论在慢性精神分裂症阴性症状患者治疗中予以利培酮口服液联合度洛西汀,能有效改善患者的治疗效果,并进一步降低不良反应发生率,提升预后效果。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of risperidone oral liquid combined with duloxetine in the treatment of patients with negative symptoms of chronic schizophrenia.Methods A total of 100 cases of chronic schizophrenic patients with negative symptoms in our hospital were selected as the research objects.The research time was from September 2018 to September 2019.According to different treatment schemes,they were divided into experimental group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with risperidone oral liquid combined with duloxetine,and the control group was treated with risperidone oral liquid.The treatment effect,incidence of adverse reactions,prognosis quality,anxiety and depression scores of the two groups were compared.Results The excellent and good rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the score of prognosis quality in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the score of anxiety and depression in the experimental group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with negative symptoms of chronic schizophrenia,risperidone oral liquid combined with duloxetine can effectively improve the treatment effect of patients,further reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and improve the prognosis.
