血液透析联合血液灌流治疗尿毒症患者的临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Hemodialysis combined with Hemoperfusion in the Treatment of Uremic Patients

目的探究血液透析联合血液灌流治疗尿毒症患者的临床疗效。方法将2018年2月至2019年2月我院收治的120例尿毒症患者视为研究对象,利用随机数字表法将所有患者分为对照组与观察组,各60例。对照组患者实行常规治疗,观察组患者实行血液透析及血液灌流联合治疗。对比两组患者的炎性因子指标、并发症发生率及生活质量评分。结果治疗后,观察组同型半胱氨酸、血清β2微球蛋白均低于对照组,白细胞介素6、肿瘤坏死因子α均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率3.33%明显低于对照组的20.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论尿毒症患者实行血液透析及血液灌流联合治疗的效果良好,能明显减轻机体炎性反应,降低并发症发生率。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion in the treatment of patients with uremia.Methods The 120 patients with uremia admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were regarded as the research objects,and all patients were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 60 cases in each group,using a random number table method.Patients in the control group received conventional treatment,and patients in the observation group received combined hemodialysis and hemoperfusion therapy.The inflammatory factor indexes,complication rate and quality of life scores of the two groups of patients were compared.Results After treatment,the observation group's homocysteine and serumβ2 microglobulin were lower than those of the control group,and the interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factorαwere higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of 3.33%in the observation group was significantly lower than 20.00%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of hemodialysis and hemoperfusion in patients with uremia has a good effect,which can significantly reduce the body's inflammatory response and reduce the incidence of complications.
