摘要
目的分析胃癌患者围手术期营养支持对恢复效果的影响。方法选取2017年8月至2019年1月我院收治的152例胃癌患者作为研究对象,运用随机抽签方式将其分为观察组和对照组,各76例,观察组实施围手术期营养支持,对照组患者仅予以常规营养护理。对比两组患者的营养指标、围手术期相关指标。结果术前,两组患者的营养指标对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后2周,观察组体质量、白蛋白、前白蛋白水平均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者住院时间、肛门首次排气时间、输液停止时间均短于对照组,医疗费用少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者术后感染发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对胃癌患者实施围手术期营养支持,有助于改善患者的营养状况,降低术后感染发生率,促进患者早日康复,临床应用价值显著。
Objective To study the effect of perioperative nutritional support on recovery of gastric cancer patients.Methods A total of 152 patients with gastric cancer admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to January 2019 were selected as the study subjects.The study subjects were randomly divided into observation group and control group,76 cases in each group.The observation group was given perioperative nutritional support,while patients in the control group received routine nutritional care.Nutrition index and perioperative index were compared between the two groups.Results Before operation,there was no significant difference in nutritional indicators between the two groups of patients(P>0.05);after 2 weeks of the operation,the body mass,albumin and prealbumin levels of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The observation group's hospitalization time,anal first exhaust time,and infusion stop time were shorter than those of the control group,and medical expenses were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the observation group had significantly lower incidence of postoperative infections than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative nutritional support for patients with gastric cancer is helpful to improve the nutritional status of patients,reduce the incidence of postoperative infection,and promote the early recovery of patients.It has significant clinical application value.
