运用生物型加长柄行半髋关节置换治疗高龄粉碎性股骨转子间骨折的效果观察

Objective to Investigate the Effect of Hemiarthroplasty with Biological Lengthened Handle in the Treatment of Senile comminuted Intertrochanteric Fracture

目的探讨运用生物型加长柄行半髋关节置换治疗高龄粉碎性股骨转子间骨折的效果观察。方法选取本院140例高龄粉碎性股骨转子间骨折患者开展研究,标本纳入时间为2018年3月至2020年3月。所有患者均实行生物型加长柄行半髋关节置换治疗,分析治疗成效。结果患者的术中出血量为(298.25±48.13)mL、卧床时间为(4.87±1.56)d、住院时间为(15.66±1.47)d;在140例患者中,发生下肢深静脉血栓6例、假体感染10例及关节脱位5例,发生率为15.00%。结论在对高龄粉碎性股骨转子间骨折患者所进行的治疗中实行生物型加长柄行半髋关节置换治疗,可以减少并发症的产生,有利于促进患者关节功能的尽快恢复。

Objective To investigate the effect of hemiarthroplasty with biological lengthened handle in the treatment of senile comminuted intertrochanteric fracture.Methods One hundred and forty cases of elderly patients with comminuted intertrochanteric fracture in our hospital were selected to carry out the study.The time of sample inclusion was from March 2018 to March 2020.All patients were treated with hemiarthroplasty with biological lengthened handle.Results The intraoperative blood loss was(298.25±48.13)mL,the bed time was(4.87±1.56)d,and the hospital stay was(15.66±1.47)d;among the 140 patients,there were 6 cases of deep venous thrombosis,10 cases of prosthesis infection and 5 cases of joint dislocation,the incidence rate was 15.00%.Conclusion In the treatment of elderly patients with comminuted intertrochanteric fracture,the implementation of biological lengthening handle hemiarthroplasty can reduce the occurrence of complications and promote the recovery of joint function of patients as soon as possible.
