平糖益肾汤联合厄贝沙坦治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床效果

Effect of Pingtang Yishen Decoction Combined with Irbesartan in the Treatment of Early Diabetic Nephropathy

目的探讨平糖益肾汤联合厄贝沙坦治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床效果。方法选取本院2017年1月至2018年6月收治的80例早期糖尿病肾病患者纳入此次研究,按照数字表法将所有患者均分为参照组和研究组,各40例。其中单独给予厄贝沙坦治疗的为参照组,联合应用厄贝沙坦与平糖益肾汤治疗的为研究组。比较两组的治疗效果。结果研究组的治疗总有效率高于参照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗后的尿蛋白水平及血糖水平低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论联合应用厄贝沙坦与平糖益肾汤治疗早期糖尿病肾病,疗效显著。

Objective To study the effect of pingtang yishen decoction combined with irbesartan in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy.Methods All 80 patients with early diabetic nephropathy admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to June 2018 were selected for this study.According to the digital table method,all patients were divided into the reference group and the research group,40 cases each.The control group was treated with irbesartan alone,and the study group was treated with irbesartan combined with pingtang yishen decoction.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05);the level of urinary protein and blood sugar in the study group after treatment was lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Irbesartan combined with pingtang yishen decoction is effective in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy.
