手外科患者的舒适护理模式及施行效果评定

Comfortable Nursing Mode of Hand Surgery Patients and Evaluation of Its Effect

目的探讨手外科患者的舒适护理模式及施行效果。方法选取2019年1月至2020年1月在我院进行治疗的120例手外科患者作为研究对象,采取抽签法将其分为对照组与研究组(每组60例)。对照组给予常规手外科护理,研究组在此基础上实施舒适护理模式,对两组患者SAS评分、SDS评分、VAS评分、生活质量评分、护理满意度以及并发症发生率进行比较。结果研究组SAS、SDS及VAS评分少于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,P<0.05。结论对手术患者采取舒适护理可提高手术室护理安全,改善护理质量,提高护理满意度。

Objective To explore the comfortable nursing mode and effect of hand surgery patients.Methods From January 2019 to January 2020,120 cases of hand surgery patients who were treated in our hospital were divided into control group and study group(60 cases in each group).The control group was given routine hand surgery care,and the study group was on the basis of comfortable nursing mode.The SAS score,SDS score,VAS score,quality of life score,nursing satisfaction and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The SAS,SDS and VAS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,the quality of life scores were higher than those of the control group,the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comfortable nursing can improve the safety,quality and satisfaction of nursing in operating room.
