脑室外引流器在脑室引流护理中的临床应用

目的分析脑室外引流器在脑室引流护理中的临床应用效果。方法选择2019年1月至2020年2月来我院进行治疗的50例自发性脑出血患者作为研究对象。随机将其分为研究组与对照组,各25例。研究组患者使用脑室外引流器引流,对照组采用传统引流袋引流。对比两组患者基本治愈率、颅内感染率及护理满意度。结果研究组患者经过脑室外引流器引流护理后,基本治愈率为96.00%、感染率为8.00%、护理满意度为100.00%,均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对自发性脑出血患者实施脑室外引流器可以有效提高患者的治愈率、减小感染发生率、提升患者的护理满意度,可加快患者康复进程。

Objective To analyze the clinical application effect of ventricular drainage device in nursing of patients with ventricular drainage.Methods A total of 50 patients with spontaneous cerebral hemorrhage treated in our hospital from January 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the research objects.Randomly divide them into study group and control group,each with 25 patients.The patients in the study group were drained with an extraventricular drainage device,while the patients in the control group were drained with traditional drainage bags.Basic cure rate,intracranial infection rate and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The basic cure rate,infection rate and nursing satisfaction of patients in the study group were 96.00%,8.00%and 100.00%,which were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of ventricular drainage devices for patients with spontaneous cerebral hemorrhage can effectively improve the cure rate of patients,reduce the incidence of infections,improve patient care satisfaction,and speed up the recovery process of patients.
