老年肺心病患者护理中的中医情志护理效果

Emotional Nursing Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Nursing of Elderly Patients

目的研究中医情志护理对老年肺源性心脏病(简称:肺心病)患者护理的效果。方法将2019年2月至2020年6月来我院治疗的72例老年肺心病患者分为观察组(36例)和对照组(36例)。对照组配合常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上实施中医情志护理,比较两组干预效果。结果护理后,观察组的治疗依从率为94.44%,高于对照组的72.22%,差异显著(P<0.05);护理前两组患者SAS、SDS评分比较无差异(P>0.05),护理后3个月,两组患者的SAS、SDS评分均下降,且观察组的SAS、SDS评分明显低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论对老年肺心病患者应用中医情志护理可以有效提升患者治疗的依从性,对改善患者的不良情绪发挥了重要作用,是有效的护理。

Objective To study the effect of TCM emotional nursing on elderly patients with corpulmonale.Methods Seventy-two elderly patients with pulmonary heart disease who came to our hospital for treatment from February 2019 to June 2020 were divided into observation group(36 cases)and control group(36 cases).The control group cooperated with routine nursing,and the observation group implemented TCM emotional nursing on the basis of routine nursing to compare the effect.Results After nursing,the treatment compliance of the observation group was 94.44%,which was higher than 72.22%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the anxiety and depression of the two groups before nursing were serious and there was no difference(P>0.05).Three months after nursing,the anxiety and depression of the two groups were improved,but the improvement effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Emotional care for elderly patients with pulmonary heart disease can effectively improve the compliance of patients with treatment and play an important role in improving the patients'bad mood.It is effective nursing.
