围手术期护理干预对乳腺癌改良根治术患者情绪及疼痛状况的影响

Influence of Perioperative Nursing Intervention on Mood and Pain of Patients Undergoing Modified Radical Mastectomy for Breast Cancer

目的分析乳腺癌改良根治术患者采取围手术期护理干预效果及其对患者情绪、疼痛的影响。方法根据入院单号、双号将2018年2月至2018年12月本院接收的80例乳腺癌改良根治术患者平均分为两组,对照组(40例)开展常规护理方案,研究组(40例)实施围手术期护理干预。统计两组护理前后抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分及视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分。结果在SDS评分、SAS评分及VAS评分方面,护理前,两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,研究组均较对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌改良根治术开展期间,通过实施围手术期护理方案,不仅可减轻患者负面情绪,同时有助于使其疼痛减轻。

Objective To analyze the effect of perioperative nursing intervention on patients with breast cancer undergoing modified radical mastectomy and its influence on patients'mood and pain.Methods According to the admission number and double number,the 80 patients receiving modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer in our hospital from February 2018 to December 2018 were equally divided into two groups.The control group(40 cases)carried out routine nursing programs,and the study group(40 cases)Example Implement perioperative nursing intervention.The scores of selfrating depression scale(SDS),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and visual analogue scale(VAS)scores before and after nursing were counted in the two groups.Results In terms of SDS score,SAS score and VAS score,before nursing,the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after nursing,the study group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During the development of modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer,the implementation of perioperative care programs can not only reduce the negative emotions of patients,but also help reduce their pain.
