Clinical Effect of Breast Milk in Nursing Newborns'Red Buttock

目的探究母乳应用于新生儿臀部护理的效果。方法随机选取2016年12月至2018年12月入我科母婴同室治疗的新生儿60例作为研究样本,所有新生儿入院时均有轻度红臀(局部发红或者伴少许尿布疹),按照新生儿的就诊时间将其分为对照组和试验组,各30例,对照组新生儿采用常规护理,试验组采用母乳涂抹臀部护理,对其红臀好转情况进行比较。结果试验组新生儿红臀的好转率及护理满意度均远高于对照组,且试验组产妇的心理状况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对新生儿红臀使用母乳进行护理,能够有效提升红臀的治疗效果。

Objective To explore the effect of breast milk used in newborn buttocks care.Methods A random selection of 60 newborns who were admitted to our department's mother and infant room for treatment from December 2016 to December 2018 were randomly selected as the study samples.All newborns had mild red buttocks(local redness or a little diaper rash)when they were admitted to the hospital.The newborns were divided into a control group and a test group,each with 30 cases.The newborns in the control group were treated with routine care,and the exprimental group was treated with breast milk smeared on the buttocks to compare the improvement of their red buttocks.Result The improvement rate of neonatal red buttocks and nursing satisfaction of the experimental group were much higher than those of the control group,and the psychological status of the mothers in the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Using breast milk to care for the red buttocks of the newborn can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of the red buttocks.
