综合康复护理对提高大面积烧伤患者生活质量的效果评价

Evaluation of the Effect of Comprehensive Rehabilitation Nursing on Improving the Quality of Life of Patients with Extensive Burns

目的对大面积烧伤患者进行综合康复护理,分析其在提升患者生活质量中的作用。方法选取2016年1月至2019年1月本院收治的20例大面积烧伤患者作为研究对象,按照随机抽数的方式将患者分为观察组(单数)和对照组(双数),两组均为10例。观察组实施中医特色护理干预进行术后康复护理,对照组则采用常规措施护理方式进行干预,比较两组干预前后生活质量情况、护理满意度、不良反应。结果观察组在躯体功能、角色功能、情感功能、认知功能以及满意度评分上均高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组出现不良反应的例数明显少于对照组(χ~2=6.932,P=0.017)。结论对于大面积烧伤患者在恢复中实施综合康复护理,可起到提升患者生活质量的作用,促使患者更快恢复。

Objective To analyze the role of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing in improving the quality of life of patients with large area burn.Methods Twenty cases of patients with large area burn in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into observation group(odd number)and control group(even number),with 10 cases in both groups.The observation group was given TCM characteristic nursing intervention for postoperative rehabilitation nursing,while the control group was given routine nursing intervention.Finally,the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups before and after the intervention were statistically analyzed.Results The scores of physical function,role function,emotional function,cognitive function and satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the number of adverse reactions in the observation group appeared significantly less than the control group(χ2=6.932,P=0.017).Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing in the recovery of patients with large area burn can improve the quality of life of patients and promote faster recovery.
