循证护理在冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病护理中的临床应用价值

Clinical Value of Evidence-based Nursing in the Nursing of Coronary Atherosclerotic Heart Disease

目的探讨循证护理在冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)护理中的临床应用价值。方法随机将2017年4月至2019年4月我院收治的冠心病患者80例分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受循证护理。观察比较两组护理前后生活能力、护理满意度及不良反应发生率。结果护理前,两组患者Barthel指数评分比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组Barthel指数评分明显比对照组高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度明显比对照组高,并发症发生率明显比对照组低,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在冠心病患者中开展循证护理,可有效改善患者的生活能力,纠正患者的不良生活习惯,降低并发症发生率,患者的护理满意度更高。

Objective To explore the clinical value of evidence-based nursing in the nursing of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease.Methods Eighty patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to April 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received evidence-based nursing.The life ability,satisfaction and adverse reaction rate of the two groups before and after nursing were observed.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference between the two groups in Barthel index score(P>0.05).After nursing,the Barthel index score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing in coronary atherosclerotic heart disease can effectively improve patients'living ability,correct patients'bad living habits,reduce adverse reactions,and improve patients'satisfaction.
