护理风险管理在慢性乙型肝炎肝功能衰竭患者中的应用价值

Application Value of Nursing Risk Management in Patients with Chronic Hepatitis B Liver Failure

目的探讨护理风险管理在慢性乙型肝炎肝功能衰竭患者中的应用价值。方法随机选取2018年2月至2019年2月本院64例慢性乙型肝炎肝功能衰竭患者,行护理风险管理,作为研究组;以同样方法选取2017年1月至2018年1月本院64例慢性乙型肝炎肝功能衰竭患者,行常规护理管理,作为对照组。比较两组护理管理效果。结果研究组护理风险事件发生率(1.56%)低于对照组(12.50%)(P<0.05);研究组健康教育、护患沟通、护理技能、医疗环境、风险控制评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论慢性乙型肝炎肝功能衰竭患者中应用护理风险管理可预防护理风险事件,提升护理管理质量。

Objective To explore the application value of nursing risk management in patients with chronic hepatitis B liver failure.Methods A total of 64 patients with chronic hepatitis B liver failure in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were randomly selected to receive nursing risk management as the research group;in the same way,64 patients with chronic hepatitis B liver failure in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected to receive routine nursing management as the control group.The effect of nursing management was compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of nursing risk events in the study group(1.56%)was lower than that in the control group(12.50%)(P<0.05).The scores of health education,nursery-patient communication,nursing skills,medical environment and risk control in the research group were all higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying nursing risk management in patients with chronic hepatitis B liver failure can prevent nursing risk events and improve the quality of nursing management.
