枝川注射疗法的起源与临床应用

Research on the origin and clinical application of Zhichuan injection therapy

综述枝川注射疗法的起源与临床应用研究进展,表明近二十年来,从单一枝川液、改良枝川液注射治疗和枝川注射疗法配合针刺、推拿、针刀及其他疗法联合应用,可发挥类针灸样双向调节作用、对局部硬结的松解和刺激作用及糖皮质激素的消炎作用,具有适应范围广、疗效确切、简便易行、安全方便、费用低廉、无明显副作用等优点,配合其他非手术的中医外治疗法,其协同作用更能提高疗效,并对枝川注射疗法在临床应用研究方面存在的问题和展望进行总结。

The research progress of the origin and clinical application of Zhichuan injection therapy is reviewed.It is proved that in the recent 20 years,the single Zhichuan liquid,the modified Zhichuan liquid injection therapy and the combined application of Zhichuan injection therapy with acupuncture,massage,needle knife and other therapies can develop acupuncture-like bidirectional regulation,relieve and stimulate local induration and relieve inflammation of glucocorticoid.It has the advantages of wide application range,exact therapeutic efficacy,simplicity,safety,convenience,low cost and no obvious side effects,etc.Combined with other non-operative external treatment methods of traditional Chinese medicine,its synergistic effects can improve the therapeutic efficacy.Meanwhile,the existing problems and prospects of Zhichuan injection therapy in clinical application research are summarized.
