加味二陈汤联合西药治疗老年社区获得性肺炎(痰湿阻肺证)的临床效果

Clinical effect of Jiawei Erchen Decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of elderly community-acquired pneumonia(syndrome of phlegm-damp obstructing lung)

目的探讨加味二陈汤联合西药治疗老年社区获得性肺炎(痰湿阻肺证)的临床效果。方法选取我院2019年1—12月收治的96例老年社区获得性肺炎(痰湿阻肺证)患者作为研究对象,根据不同用药方法将其分为研究组和对照组,每组各48例。对照组采取常规西药治疗,研究组在此基础上联合加味二陈汤治疗,比较两组患者的实际疗效。结果治疗前两组患者中医证候积分比较,差异无统计学意义(t=0.509,P=0.612);经过治疗,两组患者中医证候积分均有所下降,且研究组中医证候积分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.822,P=0.006)。研究组治疗总有效率(97.92%)高于对照组(83.33%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.008,P=0.014)。研究组不良反应发生率为8.33%,对照组为6.25%,两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.154,P=0.695)。结论加味二陈汤联合西药治疗老年社区获得性肺炎(痰湿阻肺证)疗效较好,值得推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Jiawei Erchen Decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of elderly community-acquired pneumonia(syndrome of phlegm-damp obstructing lung).Methods A total of 96 elderly patients with community-acquired pneumonia(syndrome of phlegm-damp obstructing lung)admitted to our hospital from January to December 2019 were selected as research objects.The above patients were divided into the study group(n=48)and the control group(n=48)according to different medication methods.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the study group was treated with Jiawei Erchen Decoction on this basis.The actual therapeutic efficacies of the two groups of patients were compared.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores between the two groups of patients(t=0.509,P=0.612).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of both groups were decreased,but the level of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=2.822,P=0.006).The total efficacy rate in the study group was 97.92%,higher than 83.33%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.008,P=0.014).The incidence of adverse reactions was 8.33%in the study group and 6.25%in the control group.There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of patients(χ^(2)=0.154,P=0.695).Conclusion The efficacy of Jiawei Erchen Decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of elderly community-acquired pneumonia(syndrome of phlegm-damp obstructing lung)is superior,which is worthy of promotion.
