宫腔镜下输卵管插管通液治疗不孕不育患者的临床效果

Clinical effect of tubal catheterization and hydrotherapy for infertile patients under hysteroscope

目的探讨宫腔镜下输卵管插管通液治疗不孕不育患者的临床效果。方法选择2017年12月至2018年12月湖北省仙桃市博爱医院收治的不孕不育患者78例作为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组各39例,对照组行常规输卵管插管通液治疗,观察组行宫腔镜下输卵管插管通液治疗,评价两组治疗效果及受孕率等内容。结果两组手术时间、术中出血量、术后下床时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组总有效率为94.87%,显著高于对照组的79.49%(P<0.05);观察组不良反应总发生率为2.56%,显著低于对照组的15.39%(P<0.05);观察组术后12、18个月受孕率为56.41%、82.05%,显著高于对照组的30.77%、53.85%(P<0.05)。结论针对不孕不育患者采取宫腔镜下输卵管插管通液治疗方案可促使输尿管通畅良好、恢复快、获得满意的疗效、提高受孕率,且不会增加手术损伤,治疗价值较高。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of tubal catheterization and hydrotherapy for infertile patients under hysteroscope.Methods A total of 78 infertile patients admitted to Charity Hospital of Xiantao City from December 2017 to December 2018 were selected as data,and they were randomly divided into the control group(n=39)and the observation group(n=39).The control group was treated with conventional tubal catheterization,while the observation group was treated with hysteroscopic tubal catheterization and hydrotherapy.The treatment efficacy and conception rate of the two groups were evaluated.Results There were no statistically significant differences in operation duration,intraoperative hemorrhage volume and postoperative off-bed activity time between the two groups(P>0.05).The total therapeutic efficacy of the observation group was 94.87%,significantly higher than 79.49%of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 2.56%,significantly lower than 15.39%in the control group(P<0.05).The pregnancy rates of the observation group within 12 months and 18 months after operation were 56.41%and 82.05%,significantly higher than 30.77%and 53.85%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For infertile patients,adopting hysteroscopic tubal catheterization and fluid drainage can promote the smooth ureter,recover quickly,obtain satisfactory therapeutic efficacy,provide conception rate,and will not increase surgical injury,have high curative value.
