代谢综合征、氧化应激与胃癌研究进展

Research progress of metabolic syndrome,oxidative stress and gastric cancer

目前,肿瘤作为威胁人类健康的重大疾病,是重要的全球公共卫生事件和社会经济的重大负担,是世界医学界关注的焦点。代谢综合征(Mets)由环境因素和遗传因素共同决定,以多种代谢异常,包括糖代谢异常、脂代谢异常、肥胖、高血压。最近通过大量的研究及流行病学数据表明,代谢综合征与多种恶性肿瘤有着密切的联系。氧化自由基可削弱细胞的抵抗力,使机体易受病菌的感染,产生破坏细胞的化学物质,形成致癌物质,破坏体内的遗传基因(DNA)组织,扰乱细胞的运作及再生功能,造成基因突变,促进癌细胞的增殖侵袭。本文阐述了代谢综合征及氧化应激(OS)与胃癌的关系。

Nowadays,as a major disease threatening human health,tumor is an important global public health event and a major social and economic burden,which is the focus of the world m edical community.Metabolic syndrome(Mets)is determined by both environmental and genetic factors,and is featured by a variety of metabolic abnormalities,including abnormal glucose metabolism,abnormal lipid metabolism,obesity and hypertension.Recently,it is shown by a large number of researches and epidemiological data that metabolic syndrome is closely related to various malignant tumors.Oxidation of free radicals can weaken the resistance of cells,make the body susceptible to bacterial infection,produce chemical substances that destroy cells and form carcinogens.It destroys the genetic gene(DNA)tissues in the body,disrupts the operation and regeneration function of cells,cause gene mutations,and promotes the proliferation and invasion of cancer cells.The relationship between metabolic syndrome and oxidative stress(OS)and gastric cancer was expounded in this paper.
