神曲消食口服液治疗小儿消化不良的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of Shenqu Xiaoshi Oral Solution on children with dyspepsia

目的探讨神曲消食口服液治疗小儿消化不良的临床效果。方法回顾性分析开平市中心医院2018年1月至2020年1月收治的60例消化不良患儿的临床资料,根据治疗方法分为对照组(30例,给予常规治疗)与研究组(30例,在对照组基础上给予神曲消食口服液治疗),比较两组患儿临床疗效、治疗前后临床症状评分、胃泌素、胃动素含量以及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后研究组患儿的临床症状积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患儿的胃泌素、胃动素含量、总有效率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患儿的不良反应总发生率为6.67%,低于对照组的36.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论神曲消食口服液治疗小儿消化不良疗效较好,患儿临床症状明显改善,且具有较高的用药安全性,可进行推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Shenqu Xiaoshi Oral Solution on children with dyspepsia.Methods The clinical data of 60 children with dyspepsia admitted to Kaiping Central Hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were analyzed retrospectively.According to the treatment methods,they were divided into the control group(n=30,treated with conventional treatment)and the study group(n=30,treated with Shenqu Xiaoshi Oral Solution on the basis of the control group).The clinical efficacy,clinical symptom scores before and after treatment,gastrin,motilin content and adverse reactions(ADRs)of the two groups of children were compared.Results After treatment,the clinical symptom scores of children in the study group were all lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The contents of gastrin,motilin and total efficacy rate in the study group were all higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The total incidence of ADRs in the study group was 6.67%,lower than 36.67%in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Shenqu Xiaoshi Oral Solution is effective in the treatment of children with dyspepsia.The clinical symptoms of children are significantly improved,and the drug safety is high,which can be promoted.
