多学科团队在多肢体离断再植术患者早期康复中的应用效果观察

Observation on the effect of multidisciplinary team in early rehabilitation after replantation of multiple amputation

目的观察多学科团队参与多肢体离断再植术早期康复的效果。方法选择2018年1月至2019年12月广东省阳江市人民医院收治的多肢体离断再植术患者60例,按随机数字表法分为干预组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组实施常规的诊疗护理模式。创伤中心多学科团队全程参与干预组多肢体离断再植术患者的治疗及康复。比较两组患者上肢功能、下肢功能及日常生活能力。结果随访6个月时,两组患者再植肢体全部再植成功。干预组患者上肢功能评分均明显高于对照组(P均<0.05)。干预组患者上肢功能优秀率为96.7%明显高于对照组60.0%(P<0.05)。干预组患者下肢功能FMA-LE及FAC评分均明显高于对照组(P均<0.05)。干预组患者ADL评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论多学科团队参与多肢体离断再植术早期康复能促进患者肢体功能快速恢复,提高患者的日常生活能力。

Objective To observe the effect of multidisciplinary teams in early rehabilitation after replantation for multiple limb amputation.Methods A total of 60 patients undergoing replantation for multiple limb amputation in the People's Hospital of Yangjiang from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as research objects and they were divided into the intervention group(n=30)according to randomly digital tables and the control group(n=30).The control group was given routine diagnosis and treatment nursing.Multidisciplinary team of trauma center participated in the treatment and rehabilitation of patients with multiple limb amputation and replantation in the intervention group.The upper limb function,lower limb function and activities of daily living were compared between the two groups.Results For 6 months of follow-up,two groups were successfully replanted.The scores of upper limb function in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The excellent rate of upper limb function in the intervention group was 96.7%,which was significantly higher than 60.0%in the control group(P<0.05).The FMA-LE and FAC scores of lower limb function in intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).ADL score of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Multidisciplinary team participating in early rehabilitation can promote the rapid recovery of limb function and improve the daily living ability of patients undergoing replantation for multiple limb amputation.
