人文关怀在褥疮患者护理中的应用效果探讨

Investigation on the application efficacy of humanistic care in nursing of patients with bedsore

目的探讨人文关怀在褥疮患者护理中的应用效果。方法选取2018年11月至2019年5月广东省云浮市中医院收治的36例褥疮患者为对照组,选取2019年6—12月我院收治的36例褥疮患者为观察组。对照组实施常规护理方式,观察组在常规护理的基础上实施人文关怀护理干预。比较两组患者临床效果、褥疮病程、不良事件发生情况以及护理满意度。结果观察组临床有效率高于对照组(97.2%vs.83.3%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者褥疮病程短于对照组[(9.65±2.84)vs.(12.43±3.57)]d,不良事件发生次数少于对照组[(1.02±0.35)vs.(2.36±0.69)]次,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组(94.4%vs.77.8%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人文关怀在褥疮患者护理中的应用效果显著,不仅有利于提高临床效果和患者满意度,并且可有效缩短患者褥疮病程,减少不良事件的发生。

Objective To investigate the application efficacy of humanistic care in nursing of patients with bedsore.Methods Patients with bedsore admitted to Yunfu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2018 to May 2019 were selected as the control group(n=36),and patients with bedsore admitted toYunfu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June to December 2019 were selected as the observation group(n=36).The control group was treated with conventional nursing,while the observation group was treated with humanistic care intervention on the basis of conventional nursing.The clinical efficacy,bedsore course,incidence of adverse events and nursing satisfaction between the two groups of patients were compared.Results The clinical efficacy rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(97.2%vs.83.3%),with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The course of bedsore in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group[(9.65±2.84)vs.(12.43±3.57)],and the incidence of adverse events was less than that in the control group[(1.02±0.35)vs.(2.36±0.69)],with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(94.4%vs.77.8%),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application efficacy of humanistic care in the nursing of patients with bedsore is remarkable,which not only helps to improve the clinical efficacy and patient satisfaction,but also can effectively shorten the course of bedsore and reduce the incidence of adverse events.
