摘要 目的探讨凭借3D打印技术实行辅助治疗方式使用于桡骨远端粉碎性骨折患者中的治疗价值。方法本研究对于2017年6月至2020年6月南方医科大学南海医院实施治疗的100例桡骨远端粉碎性骨折患者予以项目有关指标评判,实施前瞻性研究,选择随机数字表法开展分组,每组各50例,试验组选取凭借3D打印技术实行辅助治疗方式,参照组选取CT检测图像、X线检测图像实行辅助治疗方式,统计手术消耗总时长、手术过程中流血总量、手术切口长度值、骨折得以愈合效果优良占据比例值、术后并发症发生情况。结果试验组手术消耗总时长、手术过程中流血总量、手术切口长度值相比参照组对应评估项目样本资料降低(P<0.05);试验组骨折得以愈合效果优良占据比例值相比参照组对应评估项目样本资料提高(P<0.05);试验组手术之后并发症总发生率相比参照组对应评估项目样本资料差距值偏低(P>0.05)。结论为桡骨远端粉碎性骨折患者提供凭借3D打印技术实行辅助治疗方式表现出较佳治疗效果。 Objective To investigate the therapeutic value of 3D printing technology in the adjuvant therapy on patients with comminuted fracture of distal radius.Methods In this paper,a total of 100 patients with comminuted fracture of distal radius admitted to Nanhai H ospital of Southern Medical Univers ity from June 2017 to J une 2020 were evaluated by project-related indexes,and a prospective research was carried out.They were grouped and divided into the experimental group(n=50)and the control group(n=50)according to the random number table method.The experimental group was treated with 3D printing technology to i mplement the adjuvant therapy,while the control group was treated with CT images and X-ray images to implement the adjuvant therapy.The total duration of operation,the total volume of intraoperative hemorrhage,the length value of surgical incision,the proportion value of fracture healing with excellent efficacy and the incidence of postoperative complications were counted.Results Compared with the sample data of the corresponding evaluation items in the control group,the total duration of operation,the total volume of intraoperative hemorrhage and the length value of surgical incision in the experimental group were lower(P<0.05).Compared with the sample data of the corresponding evaluation items in the control group,the proportion value of fracture healing with excellent efficacy in the experimental group was higher(P<0.05).Compared with the sample data of the corresponding evaluation items in the control group,the total incidence of the postoperative complications in the experimental group was lower(P>0.05).Conclusion It proves a relatively good therapeutic efficacy to provide the patients with comminuted fracture of distal radius with the adjuvant therapy in the assistance of 3D printing technology.
