以精神症状为主癫痫发作患者1例的护理

Nursing care of a patient with epileptic seizure mainly due to mental symptoms

癫痫是一种常见的神经内科疾病,临床上表现为感觉、运动、意识、精神、行为、自主神经功能障碍或兼有之,妊娠合并癫痫患者在妊娠期由于激素水平及血药浓度等原因,易出现癫痫发作频次、程度的改变,严重可危及母婴安全。2018年首都医科大学宣武医院收治一例以精神症状为主要表现的癫痫发作患者,住院期间在做好常规孕妇及胎儿监测的基础上,给予患者营养支持、气道管理、指令性口令实施、安全管理,经过医护人员精心的护理,顺利生产,母婴安全。

Epilepsy is a common neurological disease,which is clinically manifested as sensory,motor,consciousness,mental,behavioral,autonomic nervous dysfunction or combined symptoms.Patients with epilepsy during pregnancy are easy to appear changes in the frequency and degree of seizures due to hormone levels and blood drug concentrations,which seriously endangers the safety of mother and fetus.In 2018,a patient with epileptic seizure due to mental symptoms as the main manifestation was admitted to Xuanwu Hospital Capital Medical University.During hospitalization time,in addition to well conventional monitoring of pregnant women and fetus,the patient was treated with nutritional support,airway management,implementation of mandatory instruction and safety management.After careful nursing by medical staff,the parturition was smo oth,and the mother and fetus were both safe.
