摘要
本文基于我国大力优化电力营商环境、提升供电服务质量的时代背景,从10 kV移动应急发电车在故障抢修工作中的应用出发,介绍了10 kV移动应急发电车的基本原理及结构、应用场景、适应范围,详细阐述了故障抢修情况下的应用技巧。分析了其应用所带来的社会和经济效益,以及随之而来的安全风险,并提出了切实可行的风险管控措施。同时进一步结合运行经验,分析了10 kV移动应急发电车在设计和使用中存在的问题,提出了应用和改进建议,为规范使用、改进设计提供参考。
In this paper,based on the background that the company vigorously optimizes the power business environment and improves the quality of power supply service,starting from the application of 10 kV mobile emergency generator car in fault repair work,this paper introduces the basic principle,structure,application scenario and application scope of 10 kV mobile emergency generator car,and expounds the application skills in the case of fault emergency repair in detail.This paper analyzes the social and economic benefits brought by its application,as well as the security risks,and puts forward practical risk control measures.Combined with the operation experience,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the design and use of the current 10 kV mobile emergency generator car,and puts forward the application and improvement suggestions,which can provide reference for the standardized use and improved design.
