Analysis on Monitoring Technology of Intelligent Pole Switch

一二次融合的智能柱上断路器设备,实现了配网线路开关的标准化、集成化、智能化要求。为进一步提高开关的在线状态监测,实现设备全寿命周期管理,方便运维检修工作,提高线路供电可靠性,通过对影响开关寿命的关键因素分析,分别从局部放电、温升、操作机构、触头4个方面,对柱上开关在线状态监测方案进行技术分析,寻求检测技术的准确性与精细化,从而提高配电网在运行过程中的稳定。

The primary and secondary integration of intelligent pole circuit breaker equipment,to achieve the distribution network line switch standardization,integration,intelligent requirements.In order to further improve the on-line condition monitoring of the switch,realize the whole life cycle management of the equipment,facilitate the operation and maintenance work,and improve the reliability of the line power supply.Through the analysis of the key factors affecting the life of the switch,this paper analyzes the on-line state monitoring scheme of the pole mounted switch from four aspects of partial discharge,temperature rise,operating mechanism and contact,so as to seek the accuracy and refinement of the detection technology,so as to improve the stability of the distribution network in the operation process.
