摘要
为有效应对互联网电科院的数字化转型,解决现阶段电科院大数据使用效率不高、管理技术瓶颈和系统设计规划问题,提出了电科院智能管控平台系统的总体设计。该系统采用多模型融合方式实现管理实体关系抽取;采用知识图谱构建技术实现管理业务知识经验指导工作的开展和电力问题知识库的构建;采用深度学习方法实现资产管理,实现了多功能、一体化和规范化的应用系统设计,同时结合先进的技术开发路线和完备的系统架构,为电科院的数字化转型提供了基础,并对电科院的管理和规划提供更便捷的数字化的服务。
In order to effectively respond to the digital transformation of the Internet Electric Power Research Institute,the current stage of the Electric Power Research Institute’s inefficient use of big data,management technology bottlenecks,and system design planning problems are solved.The overall design of the intelligent management and control platform system of the Electric Power Research Institute is proposed.The system adopts multi-model fusion method to achieve management entity relationship extraction;adopts knowledge graph construction technology to realize the development of management business knowledge and experience guidance work and the construction of power problem knowledge base;adopts deep learning method to realize asset management,which realizes multi-function and integration And standardized application system design,combined with advanced technology development route and complete system architecture,provide a foundation for the digital transformation of the Electric Power Research Institute,and provide more convenient digital services for the management and planning of the Electric Power Research Institute.
