摘要
随着运行年限的增加,机组潜在的泄爆风险也在逐年增加。如何高效地组织防磨防爆管理工作,科学地采取检修治理措施,成了保障机组在未来一段时间能够安全平稳运行的重要问题之一。同时随着行业内锅炉防磨防爆信息化管理水平的整体提升,专业的锅炉防磨防爆可视化管理系统已经为越来越多的电力生产企业所认可,并在实际运行过程中取得了良好的运行效果。故计划引入行业内领先的锅炉防磨防爆可视化管理系统,并应用于#1、#2发电机组。最终通过本项目实现在管理体系建设、台账体系建设、图档资料管理、检修项目策划、检修数据分析、金属壁温监控、运行调整监督以及三维可视化建模等多个方面的信息化管理升级,达到通过信息技术赋能传统管理业务,以软硬件相结合的方式提升最终管理效果,降低泄爆发生概率的根本目标。
With the gradual increase in the operating life,the potential explosion venting risk of the unit is also increasing year by year.How to efficiently organize anti-wear and explosion-proof management and scientifically take overhaul measures has become one of the important issues to ensure the safe and stable operation of our company in the future.At the same time,with the overall improvement of the boiler anti-wear and explosion-proof information management level in the industry,the professional boiler anti-wear and explosion-proof visual management system has been recognized by more and more electric power production enterprises,and has achieved good operation in the actual operation process.effect.Therefore,it is planned to introduce the industry’s leading boiler antiwear and explosion-proof visual management system and apply it to our plant#1 and#2 generator sets.Finally,through this project,information management in management system construction,ledger system construction,drawing and file management,maintenance project planning,maintenance data analysis,metal wall temperature monitoring,operation adjustment supervision,and three-dimensional visualization modeling are realized.Upgrade to achieve the fundamental goal of empowering traditional management business through information technology,improving the final management effect by combining software and hardware,and reducing the probability of explosion venting.
