电力市场化改革下火电企业提质增效量化管理实践

Practice of Quantitative Management of Improving Quality and Increasing Efficiency of Thermal Power Enterprises under the Reform of Power Market

随着我国社会主义市场经济的不断发展,电力市场化改革也在深入推进中,火电企业在生产经营过程中要想获得进一步的发展就必须要紧跟时代发展潮流,积极采取提质增效量化管理措施,以便拓展火电企业的盈利空间,从而在严峻的市场竞争环境中获得新的发展动力并占据一定的市场份额。基于此,本文就电力市场化改革下火电企业提质增效量化管理实践进行了分析。全文共分为3个部分,第一个部分阐述了现如今电力市场化改革的推进情况,其中就国外一些发达国家的电力市场化改革进行了分析,并且概述了我国的电力市场化改革开展情况;第二个部分提出了电力市场化改革下火电企业提质增效量化管理的一些建议,主要分析了当前我国火电企业的发展现状,然后提出了相关提质增效的建议;第三个部分则是以A火电企业为例分析了提质增效量化管理的实践应用,以期能够为当前的火电企业提供一定的参考。

With the continuous improvement of socialist market economy in China,the reform of electric power marketization is also in the process of further development.In order to expand the profit space of thermal power enterprises and gain new development power and occupy a certain market share in the severe market competition environment,thermal power enterprises must keep up with the development trend of the times.Based on this,this paper analyzes the quantitative management practice of improving quality and increasing efficiency of thermal power enterprises under the reform of electric power marketization.The paper is divided into three parts,the first part expounds the current situation of electric power market reform,including the analysis of some developed countries’electric power market reform,and summarizes the development of China’s electric power market reform;the second part puts forward some suggestions on the quantitative management of thermal power enterprises under the power market reform,mainly analyzes the current development situation of thermal power enterprises in China,and then puts forward some suggestions on improving quality and increasing efficiency;As an example,the third part analyzes the practical application of quantitative management of improving quality and increasing efficiency in A thermal power enterprises,in order to provide some reference for current thermal power enterprises.
