基于智能电表的低压配网阻抗研究与应用

摘要 为进一步挖掘智能电表海量数据价值,开展数字化发展研究与实践,服务于智能配网的低压大数据应用,满足低压客户智能化、多样化用电需要,提升配电网感知度。本文研究了基于智能电表提供的量测数据计算低压配网线路参数的方法,以达到对配网络精确建模的目的。本文方法以台区终端及所辖客户的智能电表海量量测数据为基层,开展基于智能电表数据的低压台区线路阻抗理论研究,建立较为准确的低压线路阻抗实际模型,并利用高频量测数据对模型进行验证,探索基于低压线路阻抗的配网分析应用。 In order to further tap the massive data value of smart meters,carry out digital development research and practice,serve the low-voltage big data application of intelligent distribution networks,meet the needs of low-voltage customers’intelligent and diversified power consumption,and improve the awareness of distribution networks.This paper studies the method of calculating the low-voltage distribution network line parameters based on the measurement data provided by the smart meter to achieve the purpose of accurate modeling of the distribution network.The method in this article takes the mass measurement data of smart meters in the terminal area and the customers under its jurisdiction as the basic level,carries out the theoretical research of low-voltage station line impedance based on smart meter data,establishes a more accurate actual model of low-voltage line impedance,and uses high-frequency measurement The data validates the model and explores the application of distribution network analysis based on low-voltage line impedance.
