摘要
华北地区某电厂#2机组在第二次大修期间对锅炉汽包、汽轮机及其辅助设备(包括油系统、排汽装置等)进行停机检查,并对锅炉受热面割管进行分析检查。结果表明,各设备都存在不同程度的表面沉积、结垢或腐蚀现象。针对造成以上问题的较严重的设备,分析主要是由于停机腐蚀及启机阶段冲洗不彻底造成,提出做好机组的冷、热态冲洗工作及停机保护的建议,对同类型机组的大修检查及停炉保护有一定的借鉴意义。
During the second overhaul,the boiler drum,steam turbine and its auxiliary equipment(including oil system,exhaust steam device,etc.)were shut down and inspected by unit#2 of a power plant in North China,and the pipes on the heating surface of the boiler were analyzed and inspected.The results show that each equipment has different degrees of surface deposition,scaling or corrosion.For the more serious equipment that caused the above problems,the analysis is mainly caused by shutdown corrosion and incomplete flushing during the start-up phase.Suggestions on doing cold and hot flushing of the unit and shutdown protection are proposed,and the overhaul and inspection of the same type of unit The shutdown protection has certain reference significance.
