摘要
某新能源发电企业作为国资委所属某中央大型企业的专业化清洁能源投资、建设、运营平台公司,主要经营风电、光伏、水电等可再生能源的开发利用,通过十余年的快速发展,企业已成为具备一定规模的中小型新能源发电企业,所属风电、光伏、水电3种类型的40余个发电场站分布在国内7大区域的15个省区。本文探讨如何通过总部生产运营管理系统和区域集中控制系统等信息化建设实现电厂的精益化、集约化管理,提升标准化、规范化管理水平。
As a professional clean energy investment,construction,and operation platform company of a large central enterprise affiliated to the SASAC,a new energy power generation company is mainly engaged in the development and utilization of renewable energy such as wind power,photovoltaics,and hydropower.It has undergone more than ten years of rapid development,The company has become a small and medium-sized new energy power generation company with a certain scale,with more than 40 power plants of three types of wind power,photovoltaic and hydropower distributed in 15 provinces in seven major regions in China.This article discusses how to achieve lean and intensive management of power plants through information construction such as headquarters production and operation management systems and regional centralized control systems,and to improve standardized and standardized management levels.
