Power engineering is different from other types of engineering projects.It has many uncertain factors,long construction period and high technical content.Especially during the specific construction period,there are various types of risks in the project management process.How to effectively prevent the risks that exist in the process of power engineering project management has received more and more attention and attention from practitioners.In addition to a comprehensive analysis of the characteristics and types of risks,the formulation of practical and feasible management and control plans can significantly improve risk control.Therefore,this article takes the power engineering project management process as an entry point,analyzes its existing risks,and further proposes specific solutions,hoping to improve the efficiency and quality of power engineering project management.
