摘要 电力工程不同于其他类型工程项目,其不确定性因素多、施工周期长及技术含量高,尤其是具体建设期间,项目管理过程中均存在发生各种类型风险的可能性。如何有效防范电力工程项目管理过程中所存在的风险,得到越来越多从业人员的关注及重视。除全面分析风险特点及类型外,拟定切实可行的管控方案,能明显提高风险可控性。因此,本文以电力工程项目管理过程为切入点,分析其所存在的风险,进一步提出具体的解决对策,希望以此提升电力工程项目管理工作的效率及质量。 Power engineering is different from other types of engineering projects.It has many uncertain factors,long construction period and high technical content.Especially during the specific construction period,there are various types of risks in the project management process.How to effectively prevent the risks that exist in the process of power engineering project management has received more and more attention and attention from practitioners.In addition to a comprehensive analysis of the characteristics and types of risks,the formulation of practical and feasible management and control plans can significantly improve risk control.Therefore,this article takes the power engineering project management process as an entry point,analyzes its existing risks,and further proposes specific solutions,hoping to improve the efficiency and quality of power engineering project management.
