发电机启动电池智能管理装置的研究与应用

摘要 正常情况下用电设施的电力由市电进行供应,但在部分电网架构不够坚强的地区或者发生电网故障临时停电的情况下,市电无法满足用电设施的用电需求,若重要用电场所如交通枢纽、医院,或重要用电设备如高层电梯等长时间得不到电力供应,将给社会带来极大的经济损失,严重时甚至会造成人身伤亡事故。因此为保障重要用电场所和用电设备的供电连续性、稳定性,通常会配置备用发电机以应对紧急情况。备用发电机长时间处于待机状态,其启动电能通常由蓄电池提供,蓄电池电量即使在备用发电机未投入使用时,其电量也处于缓慢下降的过程中,一旦蓄电池有效电压过低,无法为备用发电机的启动提供足够电能,将带来一定的安全风险。因此本文针对备用发电机的蓄电池能量管理研发出一套电量智能管理装置,不但实现了对蓄电池电量的实时监测,并将动态信息传递给巡检人员,装置也具备智能充放电管理功能,可在蓄电池电量较低时进行阶梯式双阶段充电,在备用发电机启动时,控制蓄电池恒流放电。装置不仅提升了巡维人员对蓄电池的管理水平并减轻了其工作量,更为供电持续性和可靠性提供了有利保障。 Under normal circumstances,the power of electric facilities is supplied by the municipal power supply,but in some areas where the power grid structure is not strong enough or in the case of temporary power failure,the municipal power supply cannot meet the power demand of power facilities.If the important electric fields such as transportation hubs,hospitals,or important electrical equipment such as high-rise elevators can not get power supply for a long time,it will bring social benefits To great economic losses,and even cause casualties in serious cases.Therefore,in order to ensure the continuity and stability of power supply for important electric fields and equipment,standby generators are usually configured to deal with emergency situations.The standby generator is in standby state for a long time,and its starting power is usually provided by the battery.Even when the standby generator is not put into use,its power is in the process of slow decline.Once the effective voltage of the battery is too low,it can not provide enough power for the startup of the standby generator,which will bring certain safety risks.Therefore,this paper develops a set of intelligent power management device for battery energy management of standby generator,which not only realizes real-time monitoring of battery power,but also transmits dynamic information to inspectors.The device also has intelligent charging and discharging management function,which can conduct stepped two-stage charging when the battery power is low,and control the battery constant when the standby generator is started Current discharge.The device not only improves the management level of maintenance personnel to the battery and reduces its workload,but also provides a favorable guarantee for the continuity and reliability of power supply.
