六味地黄汤加减联合替硝唑阴道泡腾片治疗老年性阴道炎的疗效评价

Evaluation of the effect of modified Liuwei Dihuang Decoction combined with tinidazole vaginal effervescent tablets in the treatment of senile vaginitis

目的分析在老年性阴道炎患者中采取六味地黄汤加减联合替硝唑阴道泡腾片的治疗效果.方法将在我院医治的300例老年性阴道炎患者随机设为对照组(150例)和试验组(150例),对照组采取替硝唑阴道泡腾片治疗,试验组在此基础上联合六味地黄汤加减治疗,观察治疗效果.结果对比两组患者治疗总有效率,试验组明显高于对照组,两组有统计学差异(P<0.05).结论六味地黄汤加减联合替硝唑阴道泡腾片应用于老年性阴道炎患者中,具有显著的临床效果,有效减轻症状,值得推广.

Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of Liuwei Dihuang Decoction combined with tinidazole vaginal effervescent tablets in patients with senile vaginitis.Methods 300 patients with senile vaginitis treated in our hospital were randomly assigned to the control group(150 cases)and the test group(150 cases).The control group was treated with tinidazole vaginal effervescent tablets,and the test group was combined on this basis The treatment of Liuwei Dihuang Decoction was modified and the treatment effect was observed.Results Compared the total effective rate of treatment between the two gioups of patients,the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group,and there was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Liuwei Dihuang Decoction combined with tinidazole vaginal effervescent tablets used in patients with senile vaginitis has significant clinical effects,effectively alleviating symptoms,and is worthy of promotion.
