摘要
针对某核电站应急柴油发电机组在进行BASS55试验时机组频率恢复时间超差的问题开展相关试验研究。试验表明:发电机组在应急启动时突加较大感性负载,容易造成低频及稳态恢复时间超差等问题;通过优化匹配电子调速器的PID控制参数,可使机组的电气指标满足技术要求;柴油机以及调试系统、发电机以及励磁系统等是影响应急柴油发电机组电气指标随机组突加负载变化的主要因素。
During the BASS55 test of the emergency diesel gensets in a nuclear power station,the frequency recovery time of the gensets was beyond the tolerance.Research was carried out to deal with this problem.The test results show that in emergency start,there was sudden big inductive load on the gensets,which may lead to the problems such as low frequency and over recovery time of steady state.Through optimization of the PID control parameters of electronic speed controller,the electric indexes of the gensets could meet with the technical requirements.Diesel engines and debug systems,gensets and excitation systems are the main factors to influence the electric indexes of emergency diesel gensets.
