高职院校共青团组织在大学生思想政治教育中的作用研究

A Study on the Roles of the Communist Youth League in College Students'Ideological and Political Education in Higher Vocational Colleges

共青团组织是高职学校积极进行党的思想理论政治路线教育宣传工作的重要活动阵地。目前,大学生政治素质教育工作是当代我国高职院校专业人才培养过程中的重要教育任务,同时也是党和国家贯彻落实“立德树人”这一教育根本任务的重要发展策略。通过分析高职院校学生共青团成员组织的自身优势及发展特点,阐述共青团成员组织在在校大学生思想理论、政治文化教育发展中的重要作用,从而进一步深入探讨关于逐步提高我国高职院校学生共青团在思想政治理论文化教育中发挥作用的政策建议,确保各个不同层次的在校青年和大学生在不断学习相关专业知识以及专业技能培养过程中始终形成正确的人生观、价值观、世界观。

The Communist Youth League is an important institution of practicing ideological and political education and propaganda in higher vocational colleges.Today,political quality education among college students is a significant education task in talents training process in higher vocational education in China.Meanwhile,it is a great strategy of practicing the fundamental mission of fostering virtue through education of the government and Communist Party.Beginning with the analysis on its strengths and features of the Communist Youth League in higher vocational colleges,the paper illustrates its significant roles in college students'ideological and political education,and proposes suggestions for improving the effects and functions of the Communist Youth League on ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges.The study contributes to the development of correct values,outlook on life and world among college students and youths at different levels when they are obtaining professional knowledge and skills.
