基于人力资本理论的东莞市高等职业教育发展策略研究

Research on Development Strategy of Dongguan Higher Vocational Education Based on Human Capital Theory

东莞作为世界“制造工厂”,目前正处于产业转型升级的关键时期。文章从人力资本理论视角出发,论述了高等职业教育在人力资本形成和积累中的重要作用,通过东莞产业转型升级期技能型人力资本需求与供给矛盾对比研究,提出东莞高等职业教育应从扩大办学规模、提高办学质量、构建开放型职教体系和营造良好外部发展环境四个方面发力的可持续发展策略。

As the world's"manufacturing factory",Dongguan is now in a critical period of industrial transformation and upgrading.From the perspective of human capital theory,this paper discusses the important role of higher vocational education in the formation and accumulation of human capital.Through the research of supply and demand contradiction contrast of skilled human capital of Dongguan industrial transformation and upgrading,some strategies are put forward to expand scale of higher education,improve teaching quality,build an open vocational education system,and create a good external development environment.
