摘要
针对目前市面上大多数低通滤波器的截止频率低、难以满足毫米波频段的需求这一问题,设计了一款基于ADS的微带线低通滤波器。在微带线中根据高低阻滤波器原理,采用ADS对微带低通滤波器进行设计和优化仿真。仿真结果表明,所设计的低通滤波器通带内回波损耗小于-20 dB,插入损耗大于-1.3 dB,阻带(50 GHz~100 GHz)内插入损耗小于-20 dB,尺寸为2.5 mm×2.33 mm×0.508 mm。具有体积小、便于集成等特点,对毫米波频段的滤波器设计具有一定的借鉴价值。
Aiming at the low cut-off frequency of most low-pass filters in the market, which is difficult to meet the demand of millimeter-wave frequency band, a microstrip low-pass filter based on ADS is designed. According to the principle of high and low resistance filter in microstrip line, ADS is used to design and optimize the microstrip low-pass filter. The simulation results show that the designed low-pass filter’s return loss in the pass band is less than-20 dB, insertion loss is greater than-1.3 dB, insertion loss in the stop band(50 GHz~100 GHz) is less than-20 dB, and the size is 2.5 mm * 2.33 mm*0.508 mm. It is small in size and easy to be integrated, which can be used for reference in the design of millimeter wave filter.
