多囊卵巢综合征的发病机制及中西医疗法研究进展

多囊卵巢综合征是临床常见的女性内分泌疾病,目前学术界对该病的发病机制及防治手段等方面的研究仍处于探索阶段。文章通过检索及分析近年有关多囊卵巢综合征的相关研究文献,来综述近年来关于多囊卵巢综合征的发病机制、中西医治疗手段及其治疗效果等方面的研究进展,探讨和总结多囊卵巢综合征中西医结合治疗的新途径和新方法以供临床参考。希望通过总结各家经验,寻找更加有效的治疗方案,减少不孕症发生率,提高生育率。

Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS) is a common female endocrine disease. At present, the research on the pathogenesis, prevention and treatment of PCOS is still in the exploratory stage. By searching and analyzing the related research literature of polycystic ovary syndrome in recent years, this paper reviews the research progress on the pathogenesis of polycystic ovary syndrome, the treatment methods of traditional Chinese and Western medicine and its therapeutic effect in recent years, and discusses and summarizes the new ways and methods of the combination of Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome for clinical reference. Hope to summarize the experience of each family, find more effective treatment, reduce the incidence of infertility, improve the fertility rate.
