中医药治疗癫痫的研究进展

Research Progress in the Treatment of Epilepsy with Traditional Chinese Medicine

癫痫是以突发意识障碍、四肢抽搐为主要临床表现的一种神经系统慢性疾病。目前其发病机理尚不明确,而西药治疗是癫痫的主要手段,但西药治疗毒副作用大,且治疗周期较长。近年来随着中医药的不断发展,发现中医药在治疗癫痫方面具有独特的优势,因其疗效肯定且毒副作用小越来越被患者接受。为探讨相关中医药疗法在癫痫的研究进展,笔者通过查阅相关文献资料发现,中医药形成了中药汤剂口服内治法及针灸、穴位埋线等外治法防治癫痫的发作,文章将从癫痫的病因病机、治则治法、中药汤剂、针灸疗法等方面对中医药疗法在治疗癫痫的概况作一综述,为临床诊疗提供一定的思路。

Epilepsy is a chronic nervous system disease characterized by sudden disturbance of consciousness and limb convulsion. At present, its pathogenesis is not clear, and western medicine treatment is the main means of epilepsy, but it has great toxic and side effects, and long treatment cycle. In recent years, with the continuous development of traditional Chinese medicine, it has been found that traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in the treatment of epilepsy. Because of its definite curative effect and small side effects, it is more and more accepted by patients. In order to explore the research progress of TCM therapy in epilepsy, the author through the consult literature material, found that TCM has formed oral internal treatment of TCM decoction and external treatment such as acupuncture and acupoint catgut embedding to prevent and treat epileptic seizures. This paper will review the general situation of TCM therapy in the treatment of epilepsy from the aspects of etiology and pathogenesis, treatment principle and treatment, traditional Chinese medicine decoction, acupuncture and moxibustion therapy, so as to provide some ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
