摘要
消化内科学生应具备常规内镜检查如胃镜的操作及诊疗能力,传统胃镜教学方法存在诸多弊端,无法满足教学要求,创新教学模式成为必然趋势。解剖微课联合内镜图库进行胃镜教学,应用"病例为先导,问题为基础"的病案导学式教学法,文章通过"认知-模仿-操作-提高"这一基本过程使消化内科专业学生的胃镜培训更加规范化、专业化、职业化,激发了学生的学习兴趣,提高了教学效果及学生综合能力,达到学生临床培养方案目标,认为此教学法在临床胃镜教学中具有很好的应用价值,值得深入研究。
Students in the department of gastroenterology should have the ability of operation and diagnosis and treatment of conventional endoscopy, such as gastroscope. The traditional teaching method of gastroscope has many disadvantages, which cannot meet the teaching requirements. Therefore, innovation of teaching mode has become an inevitable trend. Anatomy combined endoscopic gallery gastroscope teaching, applying "cases as the forerunner, the problem on the basis of" medical record guiding type teaching method, through the "cognitive-imitation-operation-enhancement." this basic process make gastroscope training of medical students more standardization, specialization, professionalization, stimulated the students’ interest in learning, improve the teaching effect and students’ comprehensive ability, project of cultivating students’ clinical goals are met. Therefore, this teaching method has good application value in clinical gastroscopy teaching and is worth further study.
