摘要 文章旨在以树立与时俱进的终身学习理念、构建跨境教学互助提升平台、开展职业特性国际化发展分析、建设"多元协同、跨文化育训"国际化课程群及驱动国际技能竞赛提升力等五方面内容的层级培养模式,全程化推动高职工科教师国际化能力的发展。 This paper aims to promote the development of internationalization competence of higher vocational engineering teachers by the whole process which is based on Multi-level Cultivation Model with the following five aspects as lifelong learning concept that keeps pace with the times establishment, cross-border teaching and mutual assistance platform building, occupational characteristics by international development analysis, multi-collaborative and cross-cultural training mode of international curriculum group construction, as well as international skill competition ability improvement.
