占道项目施工期公交临时改线方案技术导则研究——以苏州为例

占道项目施工对公交线路及站点运行影响较大,而公交临时改线方案通常在施工作业交通组织方案中予以表述,但内容和深度难以满足公交行业管理部门的行业管理要求,同时也缺乏相应的技术导则进行规范和指导。在认真总结实践经验、广泛征求意见的基础上,编制完成占道项目施工期公交临时改线方案技术导则,包括总结、术语、一般规定、启动阈值、研究范围确定、施工期公交临时改线方案、方案评估、附录等内容,可方便公交行业管理部门进一步加强施工期公交临时改线方案管理工作。

The construction of the road-occupying project has a great impact on the operation of bus lines and stations,and the temporary bus rerouting plan is usually expressed in the construction operation transportation organization plan.But the content and depth are difficult to meet the industry management requirements of the bus industry management department,and there is also a lack of corresponding technical guidelines to regulate and guide.On the basis of conscientiously summarizing practical experience and extensively soliciting opinions,we have prepared and completed the technical guidelines for the temporary bus rerouting program during the construction period of the road-occupying project,including the summary,terminology,general regulations,start-up threshold,determination of the research scope,temporary bus reroute scheme,plan evaluation,appendix and other contents during the construction period.It can facilitate the management of the public transport industry to further strengthen the management of the temporary bus rerouting plan for urban road work period.
